PROJECT QUALITY ASSURANCE PERIOD
The warranty period starts from the date when the power supply department in Zhengzhou officially supplies electricity and lasts for 24 months. During this period, our company will provide free repair, maintenance, and replacement of goods and materials due to any issues related to the quality of the goods or materials and installation quality.
ENGINEERING WARRANTY
After the completion of construction, our unit will provide the user with all engineering technical files, relevant descriptions, and various original materials, and carry out technical disclosure work.
WITHIN THE SHELF LIFE
We will conduct system inspections and follow-ups at least once every quarter to eliminate potential hazards. For any quality issues caused by construction reasons, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing all defective or damaged parts free of charge (excluding those caused by the end user's improper use or force majeure). For concealed defects that cannot be detected through reasonable inspections and tests, as well as faults caused by design, manufacturing, or installation defects of the power supply and distribution equipment itself, we will be responsible for repairing them free of charge.
OUT OF WARRANTY
We conduct follow-up visits every three months. During these visits, we humbly listen to and seriously address any quality concerns and opinions raised by the property owners, and keep detailed records of the follow-up visits.
During the warranty period, we will conduct system checks and follow-up visits at least once every quarter to eliminate potential hazards. Our company has established a 24-hour maintenance service hotline at 15038077920. Technical personnel will arrive at the scene within 30 minutes after receiving the call and complete the notified warranty and maintenance projects within 24 hours from the date of arrival. Outside the warranty period, for any damage or malfunction caused by improper use or management by Party A or the client, we will provide maintenance services according to the above-mentioned timeframe, charging only for labor costs.
Provide follow-up services and ensure prompt response to any issues identified.
WARRANTY SYSTEM
During the warranty period, our company provides free maintenance services, and our maintenance department guarantees that the quality of all maintenance materials is better than or equivalent to that of the original materials.
After each maintenance session, our company's professional staff will provide a written report to the user unit regarding the cause of the maintenance, the maintenance measures taken, and the reliability of the maintenance.
Upon completion of the project, our company will provide a written quality assurance certificate to the user unit, offering complete product quality assurance for the user unit's products.
