2019年3月2日，河南博泰电力年度总结及动员大会在博泰大楼会议室顺利举行，大会旨在总结2018年的工作，强调部署2019年重点工作和任务。
本次大会主要由各部门总结发言、总经理战略规划和团队游戏互动三个环节组成。

首先，各部门负责人依次作了总结汇报，回顾2018年工作，剖析自身及部门在工作中存在的问题并提出整改措施，明确了2019年的努力方向。大家通过认真思考准备，真正达到了总结过去、剖析现在、展望未来的目的。公司副总经理耿总对分管部门的工作进行了总结，她重点强调了对各部门工作的规划，并鼓励员工们充分展示个人风采，在工作中努力做出成绩。

大会中间还穿插了“拔河比赛”和“老鹰捉小鸡”的互动游戏。游戏的目的是让大家舒缓日常工作压力，鼓舞士气，增强员工对集体的归属感，有效提高了博泰大家庭成员的凝聚力。通过互动展现了博泰员工敢于拼搏、不怕困难、团结进取的精神，加强了团队协作意识。整个游戏现场欢声笑语不断，气氛十分高涨，取得了良好的效果。
