无聊的游戏千篇一律，有趣的形式万里挑一，告别传统的PPT、看视频的培训模式，11月2日-3日，河南博泰电力工程有限公司来到嵩山脚下的嵩御山庄，开启了一段体验式的拓展训练，将游戏内容与工作、生活相结合，以更直接的方式，令我们在体验游戏的同时，提升自身的综合能力。
当今社会是一个竞争激烈的社会，万物皆在优胜劣汰的竞争中，“合则强，分则散”。本次拓展训练的第一个环节，就是团队的建立，当一群人连团队都建立不起来，肯定走不长。
驿站传书——小游戏，大道理
卓越圈的游戏规则是在保证安全的情况下，通过28人次用时最短的队伍获胜，这个游戏考验没有太多技巧，就是不断的练习。
现实是残酷的，在经过了两天的角逐，最后一名的“贪狼队”也将面临淘汰的危机，看着他们的队长和政委为了保留住自己的团队和队旗，接受80个俯卧撑的惩罚，一遍一遍的趴下，又一遍一遍的起来，所有参训的人员无不动容，甚至其他队的成员愿意代替惩罚，想着放水，但是这就是竞争，在现实生活中没有对手会放水，只有团队共同奋斗才能走的更远。
每一项训练都是一次感动，每一次感动，都是来自心灵的震撼。训练结束后，大家共同分享了成功的喜悦和挑战的激情，充分体会到了团队协作、有效沟通、换位思考、合理组织、领导力、执行力等的重要性。“没有完美的个人，只有完美的团队”，挑战游戏的目的，不仅是为了打破员工的思维定势，培养自身敢于面对挑战的心理素质，也是开发个人和团队的潜能，营造更加向上的企业文化。
