时光匆匆，岁月如梭，时间就如同沙子一样从指缝中悄悄流走，眨眼间，2021年已经过去一半，为了进一步统一思想、凝聚共识、把握重点，确保完成好全年工作任务，7月31日，河南博泰电力工程有限公司在会议室召开了公司上半年总结大会。
回首上半年，汲取经验和力量
星空不问赶路人，岁月不负奋斗人。会上，各部门负责人分别做了上半年工作汇报及下半年工作规划，对部门各项经营指标做了分析，认真梳理部门目标完成情况，剖析目前所存在的问题，并提出相应的工作建议。同时，总经理对各部门工作成效、存在不足、改进方向等进行点评，并对公司各部门的下半年工作提出具体要求。

陈总在会上讲到：博泰电力必须树立一流的工作标准，建立更加完善和健全的工作机制，加强制度建设和刚性执行，切实做到目标清晰、分工明确、责任到人，信息通畅、协作有力、落实高效。在下半年的规划中我们必须做到以下几点：

▎制订战略，明确目标
现在社会是一个飞速发展的时代，为了实现博泰电力的可持续发展，让博泰电力走在行业的前列，我们必须很好地明确公司发展的近期、中期、远期目标，从而突出各阶段工作的重点。一步一个脚印，使博泰发展能够更好的适应市场的变化，成为电力行业的领军企业。

▎加强公司企业文化建设
先进的企业文化可以指引企业树立正确的价值观，博泰电力坚持以人为本、强化责任、细化管理，狠抓落实，提高各项工作管理水平，进一步完善企业制度，构建有竞争力的企业文化，从而提升博泰电力的核心竞争力。

▎沟通是前提，务实是基础
有效沟通是提升工作效率的一个重要途径，通过沟通可以把很多问题消灭在萌芽状态。博泰公司部门内部、部门与部门之间均须架起沟通的桥梁，确定有效的对接流程，提高沟通效率，减少沟通成本。同时，所以博泰人在工作中必须做到不驰于空想、不骛于虚声，一步一个脚印，脚踏实地做好每一项工作，努力完成全年既定目标。
