天时人事日相催，
冬至阳生春又来，
今天我们迎来冬至节气。
天凝地闭，风厉霜飞，
朔风簇拥着冬月，
走进一年中最寒冷的日子，
展开一幅凛冽不失温存的画卷。
冬至
“冬至一阳生，来复之时。”冬至的“至”并非来到的意思，而是极、最之意。冬至是说，此时天地间的阴气已经达到了一年中最盛的时候，阴气至盛而衰，冬至之后阳气也开始萌发。这一天也是太阳直射南回归线、北半球的白昼最短的一天，所以冬至又叫“日短至”。
数 九 来 源
冬至这天是“数九寒冬”的开始，“数九”又称“冬九九”，是我国冬季一种民间节气。在传统文化中，九为极数，为“至阳”之数，又是至大之数。“至阳之数”的积累意味着阴气的日益消减，累至九次已到了头，意味着寒去暖来，“春已深矣”。在民间素有“画九”的习俗，在纸上画出一枝梅花，名曰“九九消寒图”，梅上共要有八十一片花瓣，每天涂色一瓣，花瓣染尽，就是“出九”之日。
冬至吃饺子
“冬至不端饺子碗，冻掉耳朵没人管”，在我国北方，每年冬至都有吃饺子的习俗，饺子有“消寒”之意，香喷喷的饺子端上桌，再寒冷的冬夜也变得热气腾腾，充满了人间烟火味。
在博泰这个大家庭里面，饺子也是我们的企业文化之一。每年的冬至，大家都会聚在一起，和面、准备饺子馅、擀皮、包饺子、煮饺子......，分工明确，各显其能，把对同事的爱、对家人的思念都包进一个个皮薄馅大的饺子里面，饺子入口，胃暖心也暖。
