2019年2月1日，河南博泰电力以“砥砺前行，辉煌2019”为主题的新春联欢会在企业加速器产业园3楼会议厅隆重举行。河南博泰电力董事长陈义军先生、总经理陈曦女士应邀出席联欢会现场，河南艺晨建筑安装工程有限公司刘总等三位嘉宾也莅临了联欢会，与河南博泰电力家人一起观看了一场别开生面的演出。
领导致辞，满怀希望
盛会伊始，首先由河南博泰电力董事长陈义军致辞，陈义军先生总结了2018年公司取得的重要成果，对大家给予厚望，并表达了对博泰家人的亲切问候，鼓励大家2019年再创辉煌。
总经理陈曦女士从公司经营发展、经典案例和团队管理等方面着手，全面回顾了博泰电力自创建以来的发展历程，公司从2011年创立至今不断发展壮大，对公司取得的成绩给予了充分肯定，同时也对公司未来发展提出了新的规划。陈总鼓舞博泰家人在2019年再接再厉，以期取得更加辉煌的成绩。
年会节目，精彩纷呈
新春联欢会以节奏欢快的“抓钱舞”开场，博泰家人一起欢跳，表达了博泰电力对客户、对家人的美好祝愿。各部门员工带来了形式多样的表演：舞蹈、歌曲、T台秀、戏曲应有尽有，五彩缤纷，为现场观众呈现了一场盛大的视觉盛宴。
歌曲《常回家看看》引起了大家的共鸣，家，是幸福的港湾，是父母的叮嘱和牵挂。春节将至，在外的亲人给家人最好的礼物就是“回家看看”。投标部带来的舞蹈《天天向上》、《T台秀》从服装、道具和音乐方面都让人眼前一亮，精彩非凡。董事长陈义军先生为大家带来的歌曲《壮志在我胸》，鼓励年轻人一定要有梦想，不忘初心，因为有梦想，才有了我们砥砺前行的动力。
联欢会现场，我们的小朋友也是多才多艺，《泼水歌》、《社会摇》、《雪宝宝》、《虫儿飞》、跆拳道等表演，赢得了大家的精彩掌声。节目中绽放童真、节目中体会欢乐，成为了联欢会一道亮丽的风景。
歌曲《相亲相爱一家人》，博泰家人上台合唱，手牵手心连心，将整个联欢会推向高潮，大家有着共同的理想、共同的目标，因为我们是“相亲相爱一家人”。
互动游戏，热闹非凡
年会上，穿插在节目中的抽奖环节和游戏互动最引人瞩目。随着幸运奖、三等奖、二等奖、一等奖的不断抽取，现场热闹非凡，心仪的奖品不断向大家招手，简直不要太幸福。互动游戏“无敌风火轮”、“踩气球”、“小脚踩大脚”等游戏不断掀起年会的热潮，现场掌声欢笑声连绵不断。“无敌风火轮”旨在培养大家团结一致、密切合作、克服困难的团队精神，不仅增强了队员间的相互信任和理解，也提升了整个团队的凝聚力。
