In May 2011, Henan Botai Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. was officially established in Zhengzhou, Henan Province.
In June 2012, we obtained the qualification of the Electric Power Installation (Repair, Testing) License, with the license category and level being Level 4 for installation, Level 4 for repair, and Level 5 for testing.
In September 2012, we undertook our first project - the power supply and distribution project for the second phase of Taihe Garden, Boyu Xingcheng, Boyu Real Estate, Henan.
In December 2012, the first power transmission project - the power supply and distribution project of Jiuzhou Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. was completed.
In April 2013, we undertook our first school project - the procurement and installation of power supply and distribution equipment for the Mianfang Road Middle School in Erqi District, Zhengzhou, undertaken by Zhengzhou Erqi Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
In November 2013, Zhengzhou Erqi Huilin Investment Management Co., Ltd. undertook the procurement and installation project of power supply and distribution equipment for the Daizhuang Community Comprehensive Service Center in Erqi District, Zhengzhou.

In January 2014, we undertook the power supply and distribution project for the Yishang Garden-style Business Clubhouse of Zhengzhou Yishang Real Estate Co., Ltd., with a single contract amount exceeding RMB 30 million.
In February 2014, a strategic cooperation was established with Henan Zhonglian Chuang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Subsequently, we undertook various projects, including the public power distribution project for Lianchuang Jiayuan, the power supply and distribution capacity expansion and renovation project for Urban Plaza, and the power supply and distribution projects for Phase I and Phase II of Olive City No.5 Yard.
This year, we have undertaken a total of 49 engineering projects, among which the key projects are:
Pre-testing of equipment and facilities in three areas of the 713 Research Institute,
Zhengzhou City Urban Lighting and Decorative Lighting Management Office, Zhengzhou Third Ring Expressway Project Lighting (Landscape Lighting) Project - High-Voltage Power Supply and Distribution Project (Phase I) (Lot 1), etc.
In January 2015, we undertook our first road duct project - the power duct project for 11 district roads, including Nancai Road in Zhengzhou Erqi District, undertaken by the Zhengzhou Erqi District Construction Bureau (Sections 3 and 4).
In July 2015, it was awarded the honor of AAA-level credit enterprise.
In August 2015, the qualification of the electric power installation (maintenance, testing) license was upgraded, with the license category and level being Class III for installation, Class III for maintenance, and Class III for testing.

Power supply and distribution project for the commercial west square of Shengrun Jinxiu City, Zhengzhou Simian Real Estate Co., Ltd,

In January 2016, we obtained the Grade III qualification for professional contracting of power transmission and transformation projects.
In June 2016, we undertook our first project for a listed company - the infrastructure electrical engineering for the Rongchuang Guanlan No.1 project of Zhengzhou Qianshan Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Rongchuang China Holdings Limited.
In September 2016, we undertook the power supply and distribution renovation project for the Henan Provincial Government.
In October 2016, we undertook the outdoor power supply project for the Niuzhai resettlement housing project of Zhengzhou High-tech Industrial Co., Ltd., with a single contract amount exceeding 50 million yuan.

In November 2017, we undertook the power supply and distribution installation project for the "coal-to-gas" conversion project at Zhengdong New District Heat Source Plant of Zhengzhou Thermal Power Corporation. This project marked the first large-scale "coal-to-gas" conversion initiative in Zhengdong New District. Upon completion, the project will effectively enhance the reliability of centralized heating, alleviate the supply-demand imbalance in the eastern urban area, and contribute to the improvement of environmental quality. In December 2017, we obtained the third-grade qualification for general contracting of electric power engineering construction and the third-grade qualification for professional contracting of urban and road lighting engineering.
In December 2017, the company relocated its business address to D7-2, Enterprise Accelerator Industrial Park, High-tech Zone, Zhengzhou. The five-story office building provides a more comfortable environment, marking a new era of development for the company.
