人口大省河南持续加快对贫困地区的农村电网改造力度，刚刚过去的2018年，该省1235个深度贫困村电网改造升级;三年间，贫困村10千伏电网供电能力增加了1.64倍，贫困地区供电能力大幅提升。
农村电网是拉动农村经济社会发展最重要的基础设施之一，加快贫困地区的农村电网改造，意义尤为重大，2018年，河南将此项工作列入到了十二件重点民生实事之一。10日，河南省政府新闻办召开新闻发布会通报一年来该项工作落实情况。
国网河南省电力公司负责人当日介绍说，河南省电力公司在此间推进建设项目实施中，应对山区材料运输难、施工难度大等挑战，累计投入人力1.5万余人次，人拉肩扛、骡马驮运，克服重重困难，保证了相关工程顺利推进。
一年来，共完成13个贫困县、1235个深度贫困村的电网改造升级，完成兰考等40个电网已脱贫县的1300个行政村电网改造升级，涉及全省16个地市、81个县(区)。
据介绍，随着2018年贫困地区农村电网改造的完成，河南省53个贫困县(含4个深度贫困县)、6492个贫困村和1235个深度贫困村电网全面脱贫，顺利实现了河南省电力公司提出的“贫困县电网改造整体进度比脱贫计划提前一年、贫困村提前半年完成”的“两提前”目标。贫困地区的供电能力由此实现大幅提升，2018年底全省贫困村10千伏电网供电能力比三年前增加1.64倍，消除了用电“低电压”和供电“卡脖子”问题。
据悉，下一步河南计划在2019年完成对3000个行政村的电网改造升级，满足农村消费升级需求和省内“煤改电”用户温暖度冬用电需要。
