Project Overview: The newly established "High-tech & Jinhe Garden Village Consolidation and Urbanization (Phase II)" project comprises four plots. It involves the construction of multiple high-rise residential buildings, as well as commercial facilities, hotels, and kindergartens along the street. The total construction area is 584,787.41 square meters, including 309,187.03 square meters of residential building area, accommodating a total of 3,103 households. The commercial building area is 38,198.82 square meters, the hotel building area is 17,111.47 square meters, the office building area is 36,304.05 square meters, and the building area for other public facilities and kindergartens is 7,611.96 square meters. Additionally, there is an underground building area of 175,279.04 square meters.
Project content: The installed capacity of the transformer is 24,400 KVA, including 12,000 KVA for residential transformers and 1,600 KVA for commercial transformers. Dual power supply is provided (single power supply is required for residential living). The external network cable runs along a newly constructed 12-position cable duct, with a path length of 1,595 meters.
