培训中，财务部侯老师围绕财务报销审批流程、对各类发票的认识、施工进度款开票等相关内容进行了授课，结合财务工作中的实际问题，侯老师将财务报销过程中遇到的各种不合规现象进行了纠正。此外，根据国家个税改革相关要求，侯老师对个人所得税征收标准进行了详细解读。
