2018年9月13日下午，公司质量安全培训会于博泰大楼会议室顺利召开。本次培训由质检部李海军主讲，公司工程部、外联部全员及各部门负责人共同参与。
培训从安全质量相关操作流程讲解和《配电网施工检修工艺规范》解读及《电力事故防范于安全管理》等方面展开，工程安全质量操作流程分别涵盖了安全组织机构、安全生产管理目标、安全管理制度办法以及质量管理目标、标准化施工、质量检查等多项内容。
《电力事故防范与安全管理》讲解中，主讲人结合公司工程项目施工特点有针对性的介绍分析了项目主要危险源和预防措施，培训中各种经典案例信手拈来，强调工程质量安全需渗透于项目管理的各个环节，安全把控是每位项目管理人员义不容辞的责任。
培训过程中采用施工现场照片，做到了理论与实际相结合，充分调动了参会员工的积极性，促使大家及时将所学知识运用到实际工作中去。
河南博泰电力后期将陆续开展各种有关工程质量安全的培训活动，力求通过培训强化职能和工程项目全体人员安全意识，提升公司现场安全管理水平，充分体现了河南博泰电力对安全管理工作的高度重视以及落实安全管理工作的决心。同时，对实现企业安全生产管理标准化、制度化、规范化起到了积极的推动作用，为后续工程的安全开展创造了良好的局面。
