为强化员工安全意识，提高员工安全操作技能，河南博泰电力于2018年9月18日下午在博泰大楼会议室举办了一场别开生面的安全知识培训，邀请电力工程行业技术专家李老师为员工进行现场培训，公司工程部、质检部、业务部等部门共计40余人参加了此次培训。
培训会上，李老师从监护人的重要作用入手，进而谈到停电验电、确认设备编号、工程现场操作工具的使用和安全措施等方面内容。培训内容丰富，形式多样，针对性较强，比较系统地讲授了电力工程施工现场安全管理知识。同时，李老师结合自身经历的一个个真实的案例，给员工分析事故原因，教育大家防范于未然，提高预防事故的意识和能力，减少和杜绝事故发生。广大员工认真听、认真看、认真记，收到了实实在在的效果。
李老师总结了一句话：“腿勤快点儿、嘴勤快点儿，手懒一点儿。”，要求大家多往工地现场跑跑，实地了解一下施工情况;多询问，全面把握施工现场状况;不要随便用手触摸，在确保安全之前，切勿轻易接触电力设备。“细节决定成败”，李老师还告诫与会人员一定要养成良好的习惯，学会在日常工作和生活中提高安全意识，从细节着手，并呼吁大家：为自己负责，为他人负责，关爱生命，请给生命加一道安全防线。
现场互动环节，公司员工踊跃发言提问，针对大家的问题李老师都一一进行了详细解答，赢得了大家的热烈掌声，整个培训现场秩序井然，氛围十分和谐。
通过此次安全知识培训，员工们树立了正确的安全观念，懂得了生命的重要性，学会了如遇突发情况该如何正确处理。专家深入浅出的讲解也极大地激发了员工的学习兴趣，培训得到了广大员工的一致认可，大家纷纷表示希望多组织类似的培训。
