律回春晖渐，万象始更新。2021年2月27日，河南博泰电力工程有限公司2020年表彰大会暨2021年发展规划大会隆重召开。因疫情防控需要，会议地点设在了公司负一楼会议室，本次会议全面回顾2020年各项工作情况，部署2021年新的工作安排和规划，并对优秀员工进行表彰，博泰电力全体员工出席大会。
改革创新求突破，优质服务创佳绩
2020年是极不平凡的一年，是充满挑战的一年，一场突如其来的疫情打乱了这个世界的脚步，复杂多变的社会环境及国内外的经济形势都让市场存在着极端不确定性，同时让各个行业都受到了不同程度的影响。这一年，博泰电力于危机中育先机，在变局中开新局，我们不断学习，不断总结，不断创新，不断顺应客户需求，不断调整经营策略，通过层层锤炼，博泰人众志成城，协同作战，提升服务，为2020年交上了一张满意的答卷。

回首2020年，博泰各中心、各部门在公司领导的关怀和指导下，全心投入，奋力向前，各项工作都取得了重大突破，其中涌现出了一批勇于奉献、积极进取的优秀干部和优秀员工，他们是我们的榜样和目标，让我们为他们的付出表示感谢。
多才多艺博泰人，欢声笑语大团圆
因为疫情原因，活动只能在公司内部举行，但是这样也不能阻挡博泰人激动热情的心，在颁奖的间隙，每个中心都献出了精彩的节目，三句半、相声、歌曲、团队大合唱、游戏互动等精彩节目轮番上场，更有激动人心的抽奖环节。掌声笑语不停、惊喜连连不断，现场陷入了一片欢乐的海洋。
携手并进谋发展，再创辉煌谱新篇
博泰电力总经理陈曦女士在会议上发表重要讲话“到2021年，博泰电力已经走过了十个年头，十年来，公司蓬勃发展，硕果累累，所有的这些都离不开公司每个人的努力和支持。目前公司进入了一个关键的阶段，既充满的机遇，又面临着挑战。中国经济在2020年初出现断崖式下滑，但随着疫情得到有效控制，市场逐渐回暖，投资增速稳步回升，我们将迎来新的挑战。”
“首先聚焦‘开拓、创新、发展’六字方针，细分行业，整合资源，开拓多元化的合作模式，打造全员营销新局面，开拓更广的市场，创造共赢。市场变化中，唯一不变的就是改变，所以为了适应市场的变化，改革创新是不变的思路。”
陈总还强调“2021年是市场复苏的一年，坚持内部经营的精益化管理，做到销售最大化、费用最小化、利润最大化。坚信我们内部管理的改革是正确的，并将不断升级完善，开拓中求机遇，创新中求发展。荣誉承载过去，开拓旨在未来，过去的十年已经成为，新的一年，我们立足优势，创新理念，整合资源，提升服务，形成人才和品质优势，为博泰新十年开创新辉煌。”
各中心负责人也对2020年的工作进行了总结和分析，同时对2021年的工作做了详细的规划。
