河南博泰电力工程有限公司成立于2011年，注册资金5000万元，是一家集承装（修、试）电力设施、输变电专业承包工程、电力设备、电线电缆、电动工具销售为一体的综合性公司。公司拥有国家建设部门核准的电力行业输变电工程专业承包贰级资质、电力工程施工总承包贰级资质、城市及道路照明工程专业承包贰级资质，国家能源局河南监管办公室核准的承装（修、试）叁级资质；专业从事220KV及以下各类电压等级输电线路、变电站电气设备及其配套自动装置的安装、调试、检修、试验和日常维护抢修业务。
