2月28日，省政府组织召开全省2019年电网建设一季度百亿工程开工动员电视电话会议，全力推动电网建设再上新台阶。副省长刘伟出席动员大会并讲话。
刘伟说，电网作为重要的基础设施，对全省电力供应保障和投资拉动作用显著。这次电网建设百亿工程开工是我省近年来最大规模的一次电网发展集中会战，有66个项目在全省各地集中开工。全省电力行业要以此为契机，进一步加强项目谋划、加大投资力度、加快工程建设，确保全年完成电网发展投入不低于400亿元。
刘伟表示，这次电网建设工程，投资大、范围广、时间紧、任务重，各级各部门要勇于担当、迎难而上、切实履职尽责，创新工作举措、完善工作机制、提高协调服务质量、创造良好建设环境，全力推动电网项目高标准高质量建设，补齐电网发展短板，增强电网基础设施支撑能力，为全省经济实现首季开门红作出积极贡献。(记者 宋敏)
