从历史经验看，特高压投资往往具有逆周期属性。据统计，本轮特高压建设高峰共有9项工程共12条线路，加上今年核准的两条柔直线路(张北和乌东德)共14条，总体规模在1800亿元左右，预计将在2019年下半年和2020年开始贡献业绩。据测算， 平高电气、许继电气、国电南瑞、特变电工、中国西电 五家主要上市公司在本轮特高压投资中有望分别获得52.5、60.4、79.2、110.25、112.1亿元订单，剔除订单兑现跨年影响，测算新增订单对应2018年营业收入业绩弹性分别为61%、69%、28%、28%、78%。
